My journaling and meditation workshops are suitable for absolute beginners, and also those already familiar with these tools and are wishing to deepen their own practice.
I am currently running a 10 week programme of workshops (but you can join in at any time)
Each week has a different theme, but they always follow a similar structure each week with a quick recap of the basics of journaling for any new joiners, an introduction/explanation of the week’s theme, a guided meditation, journaling time and then some introspection, reflection and discussion. We always finished with some pointers for journaling over the week ahead.
These workshops are a very accessible way for people to take their first step into the world of personal development through journaling and meditation. They are priced at only £15 per 90 minute session and there is the option to dip in and out as you wish, although I would highly recommend attending all 10 sessions to see the maximum results.
